November is a time to give thanks for all things big and small, for all you have and all you wish for the future.  And perhaps during this time of year it is right to give thanks for the fellowship that comes from our close knit community for without that kinship we are but shadows of ourselves.  At the core of our community are the people who gave us the fortitude, wisdom, determination and vision to make a better tomorrow for ourselves and those around us.  The core I am speaking of is family.

I am thankful every day for my family although I may not take the time to say it.  Thank you.

You know, family is about being there for each other and saying  “I got you”.

And this November I am proud to say the community here has always been there for me growing up, and now  that  I’m back I’d like to say,  “Thank you.  I got you too”.  Have a great Thanksgiving and don’t forget to let those you love know you are thankful for them,  today and always.
