Thousands came out to support the return of this long-awaited musical tradition.
People from all walks of life and ages crowded the banks of the Chenango River and the Court Street Bridge to not only enjoy this great event but to be part of it.
The Binghamton Philharmonic put on a remarkable show accompanied and aided by so many in the performing arts community, 100’s of volunteers and a lot of great sponsors.
This is one of those celebrated events that define who we are. The show included classics like the 1812 Overture with the roar of cannon fire, maritime tunes with a pirate ship at bay, and a fireworks display that filled the sky, This beloved tradition was a thrill to have back. Thank you to all the performers and the people behind the scenes who made this night possible!!!
