Neighborhood Chef

I have lived in Binghamton for 40+ years and also spent 4 years away with my Marine Corps service, and another year in SC. In Binghamton there are always occasions for family and friends to get together. My sister Michele started making this dip years ago, and I thought it was delicious. When she told me how easy it was to make, it became my “go to” dish to pass at gatherings.
